Jennifer the store manager and Richard the sales employee went above and beyond to get me the couches that I needed for a great price. Highly highly recommend visiting this location.
This was our second purchase with Ashley and both times things went great. They made sure I got a credit increase and even lowered the already sale price to make sure I came in under budget and including 5 year protection plan and delivery.

Delivery by the way is great because it’s SET UP AND DELIVERED not like another place I purchased a bedroom set from (that place charged me $90 and all they did was drop it in my bedroom and left)
My boyfriend and I went to this store this evening and were greeted by Frank. He began asking us about our search and we were prepared to used to be bombarded by salesmen and women like we are used to; however Frank was very helpful in giving us a flier and going about our browsing without further pressuring us. Their selections were wonderful and had a very large variety of pieces to choose from. We expressed interest in a piece (bedroom furniture) and rather than being hovered by salesman I went to find Frank, which I really liked because I believe, should someone need help they will inquire. It was a really great experience for us. This store was really helpful about getting you the right price. We have been interested in a very beautiful set for awhile now, however it was a little out of our price range at the time. We went in the store today and we're offered an exceptional deal we couldn't pass up. Jennifer a store manager was eager to help us crunch the numbers as well as Frank. These two provided excellent customer service and won me over as a long standing customer. Great quality for a great price. Thank you Ashley, Jennifer and Frank.
Very friendly associates. Theresa was extremely helpful and informative. Jennifer was also very helpful and answered all our questions and gave us a great price on our purchase. Overall, very happy with the service.
