Came for "the best" inside and out car wash and basically wasted $22.99 and tip. My car looked shiny and clean when getting in the drivers seat; or so I thought. I don't normally have to inspect before leaving but at this car wash you have to... I came home to clean the inside and outside myself. Total waste of my time and money. The passenger side looks like it wasn't even touched. Very disappointed. Ill be sure to stick to the cheap car washes closer to my house before ever thinking about Peacock again.
Apparently, for $22 they "don't do" seats, steps or dashboard either.
I purchased the $22 wash which is supposed to be the top product except for a "detail".
2 gentleman spent minimal time cleaning the inside of the vehicle. When I inquired why the doors, and seats were left dirty, I got a response stating: " we don't do doors ".
They've lost me as a customer.
Until recently, the guys did a pretty good job but on 6/13/2016 I took my SUV there at 3:30 in the afternoon. The place wasn't busy at all.
Came here a couple times thinking I just got bad service due to the amount of cars they had here. Second time I asked for a full wash (includes inside and out). They didn't clean inside much. Just wiped everything off with a dirty towel. I feel like for 25 bucks - I should at least get a well vacuumed clean. Nope - it's been the 3rd time - still same results. For sure never coming back to this place. Might as well pay a high school kid $25 to hand wash and give it a better clean.

I've been taking my wife's car to Peacock Car Wash for some time now. On occasion I would get my car washed there as well.
Super rude attendance. And poor service. The guy in front make me a complain because I change oil and I drove direct to the tunel. "You don't have to do that bla bla bla." I told him. Don't worry. Is my last time here as a client. "Its fine we don't need people like you over here" nice customer services.
Today 09-14 I stop by for a warranty wash and Gus's what? When he enter my license plate put a different one. So no warranty apply for my car. Terrible services. Honestly is my last time here.
